The seller practices the following terms and condition in interest of public safety due to nature of products it sells.

brand does not offer return of refunds on your purchase due to nature of the products and in interest of public health and safety. However, the seller can facilitate an exchange of product within 15 days from date of purchase on following terms and conditions.

Return item/s for exchange must not be used and it must be in original packaging as  All freight and courier expenses pertaining to returning of your orders will be for buyer’s account, the buyer must ensure order return  to seller for exchange is must reach the seller in good and original conditions to eligible for exchange, all refunds will be excluding of courier charges, discounts and government fees,  the seller, its staff, service providers, affiliates and courier will not take any responsibility or will be held liable for loss of product or other damages for whatsoever reason.

The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund exchange goods if you get one. It usually takes 10-15 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified.

Refund (if applicable)

Product must be returned by a customer to the provided address by our representative. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 15 days from date of receiving.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before you are officially notified of your refund.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is issued. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact accounts@studex.pk

Unfortunately, only regular-priced items may be returned; sale/ discount/ offered items are not eligible.

Cancellation of Order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from placing you order. Once the order is prepared and shipped it will not be cancelled, should you wish to cancel your order after your orders has been shipped, the seller will charge 15% administration and cancellation fee on the value of total order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as

your order has been processing and shipped. The “Return and Exchange Policy” will be in effect once your order has been sent. The seller reserves the rights to your order for any reason but not limited to product out of stock, incorrect pricing, payment failure or seller unable to receive a payment confirmation from legal financial and banking institute and the order will be cancel without further notice.
